Not happy with your purchase? You can return it for a full refund within 60 days of receipt. Simply follow the return instructions below. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Received a damaged or defective item? We've got you covered and will send out a replacement free of charge. No need to return the damaged product! Please email us at support.pawfriends.uk@gmail.com with a photo or short video of the defective item.

Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of your package delivery date.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Want to change or cancel your order? We can cancel an order that has not been processed yet. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled. Contact us at support.pawfriends.uk@gmail.com.

ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT

In some rare cases, your order may take longer to arrive. Although this is due to shipping conditions we do not directly control, we offer a full refund if your order is not delivered within 60 days of shipping. Note: for faster shipping, some items may arrive in multiple packages.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Please note that damages caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer or their pet after delivery are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Items are not eligible for a refund due to size or measurement issues if the shipped item matches the variant/size you ordered. If the size/variant issue is due to us, we accept exchange or refund requests.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Get in contact at support.pawfriends.uk@gmail.com and your return will be processed. If the item is faulty or damaged, we offer either a replacement (exchange) or full refund.

Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
